Our Founder

Founder & Principal.

GPS Lawyers & Consultants is led by Dr Apurva Kirti Sharma, Founder and Principal of the firm. The way she practises grew out of her doctoral research: a study of how the law can recognise business as a force for good, and not for profit alone. Her PhD assessed benefit corporation legislation as a reform model for Australian corporations law, establishing her as a thought leader on responsible business conduct, ESG and corporate accountability.

That conviction shapes how she works. Apurva built GPS Lawyers to practise with purpose, giving businesses commercial advice that takes their values seriously and committing real time to pro bono work on the issues she cares about most.
