Our Founder

Founder & Principal.

GPS Lawyers & Consultants is led by Dr Apurva Kirti Sharma, Founder and Principal of the firm. Apurva advises and represents business owners, companies and organisations across the full spectrum of commercial law, from structuring, contracts and transactions to complex commercial disputes and litigation.

Her approach is informed by her doctoral research in corporate law and business and human rights, which examined how businesses can create long-term value while balancing commercial objectives with responsible business practices.

Apurva founded GPS Lawyers to provide strategic, commercially focused legal advice and strong representation when disputes arise.
