Harry Grossman

Harry Grossman is a Senior Consultant in Migration Law with almost 30 years' advocacy experience before Australia's migration review tribunals, including as a Member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal from 2019 until early 2024. The AAT has since been replaced by the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART), where the firm continues to appear.

Harry is very experienced in complex migration matters such as character refusals and cancellations, detentions, health waivers and ministerial submissions. He provides expert evidence in professional negligence matters involving migration lawyers and migration agents.

Harry has presented at numerous workshops and seminars run by the Law Institute of Victoria, and the Refugee and Immigration Legal Centre (now Refugee Legal). He is also a former chairperson of the Migration Committee, Law Institute of Victoria.

Harry holds Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne.
