Jackie Atchison

Jackie Atchison is a commercial property and business lawyer with over 15 years of experience advising on property transactions, commercial leasing, and business law across NSW and Australia. She holds an LLB (Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney and is completing a Master of Laws majoring in Property and Business Law. Jackie was admitted to the NSW Supreme Court in 2007.

Before establishing her own practice, Jackie held a senior role as Sales and Marketing Manager for a property developer, experience that gives her an uncommon commercial perspective on legal practice. This background informs the way she approaches every matter: with an understanding of both the legal framework and the business realities driving her clients' decisions.

Jackie's transaction experience spans high-value commercial property acquisitions and sales, complex business purchases and disposals, commercial and retail lease negotiations, and specialist matters including SMSF lending arrangements, resort sales, primary production business transactions, and mezzanine lending.
