Swapnil Kaushik

Swapnil serves as the Practice Manager at GPS Lawyers & Consultants, overseeing the firm's operational, compliance, and administrative functions to support the efficient delivery of legal services.

Her professional background spans legal practice management, drafting and advisory support, international document review, and legal academia. Prior to joining the firm, Swapnil worked with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in drafting and briefing support and contributed to international legal review projects involving compliance-sensitive documentation. She later served as an Assistant Professor of Law, teaching subjects including Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Contract Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and Cyber Law.

Holding an LLM in Criminal Law and a BBA LLB (Hons), Swapnil brings a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to legal operations and professional support functions. She is committed to maintaining high standards of integrity, efficiency, and client service within the firm.
